Help me to make my married life great?

asked Jul 14, 2013 in Questions by Pankaj1255 (120 points)

I am Pankaj, from Raipur, aged 23 years.

I used to masturbate since 13 years of age. At that I would ejaculate in less than a minute. But on attaining 20, I stopped this habit.

My parents want me to get married next year. I want to ask you all, Will my earlier masturbating habit spoil my married life or my sex life??

Should I consult any doctor? Also suggest if I should take any pills for long lasting sex experience?

Hi Pankaj1255, there is very much difference between sex and masturbation. Masturbation is something opposite to the nature, i mean it's more fast then Sex. So why are you tensed, why did you have any problem in future regarding sex. All men masturbate generally 90% or more than this. Why is there need of taking pills. You should wait till your marriage then enjoy with your partner and if it seems some problem then you should go to the Doctor. But now there is no need of worrying like this. It is Normal.

Hi Pankaj,
There is absolutely no reason for you get tensed on account of masturbation. If i  may suggest you need not stop your masturbation completely, just limit it to 1 or 2 sessions per week, consider it as  a net practice before the actual match. If masturbation was your only concern then you are absolutely fine & should go ahead in your life, if you are facing the problem of early ejaculation then you might have to spend some time to rectify it. First thing is you should try & practices kegel's exercise (infact even i am doing my presses while typing this), it is always beneficial. Another option is to use your masturbation sessions to your advantage, practice the start-stop method while masturbating. You might consider doing a bit of work out or atleast a brisk walk daily for 30 mins. Just push all the negative thoughts out of your mind, also as & when you get a fiance try to spend time with her so that both of you are comfortable with each other, this will help you being much more confident when you actually try to get intimate with her.
Please stay away from any medication unless & until taken under complete medical supervision!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is commendable that you have given up the habit of masturbation. You will see how difficult some of our Readers find giving up the habit. Your past habit will not in any way interfere with your married life. But w+hy do you w+ant to stop the habit completely? The body will then resort to wet dreams, where the excess semen is automatically discharged.

We have spoken about the Kegel's exercise on this Site. You can search for it in the "Search Box" at the top right corner. This is useful and will help you to prolong your ejaculation.

Do not listen to quacks who will recommend pills and fast cures. Most of these are fake and are out to get your money. Remember, success is in your hands or rather in your head. Do not worry too much about your married life. All will be well.
