Dear editors and moderators of AA,

If a question does not contain age and gender in it, please post a comment under the question requesting for it and also send a private message to the user to post his age and gender.

Most of the new users are not aware of rules of AA, so if you could send a private message to them I am sure that most of them will update it.

Love you all and thank you so much for all the editors who have been doing a great job

I agree, editors are doing a great job.

I can get to see number of warnings are issued, specially on age/sex/marital status, but warning is remaining as an warning, there is no action is taken. Neither the questioner changes the question, nor reply back.

On this ground some question should be removed. When none's identity are revealed, why worry to reveal some basic info?

And some questions are too elementary, I guess we are not in kindergarten anymore, lets ask matured questions.

Dear Anjali,

When one registers, on this site, can't you make it mandatory to have the age, sex and the date of birth. Of course, it is possible that the age may be faked, but atleast the person is committed to telling a lie. The question can then reflect the age automatically. This way age will remain constant for all questions asked by that particular individual.

It may be argued that no woman or man for that matter likes to disclose her/his age. But it will help fulfill statutory requisites like underage not being allowed to access adult sites catering to sex related and relationship queries.

Invariably the question gets posted with points given, then the Editor asks for age if it is not mentioned. This is a round about way.

Just a suggestion. You are the "Boss".

Many users are asking questions without a head or a tail, many simply post it and vanish. some questions are unanswerable by the details provided by them, so i too believe that such question should be approved and a comment or a PM should be sent to the questioner to complete the question, if he/she fails to do so such questions should be removed from  board, within one or two days. the editor who approve the post should also do the PM.

Yes We can follow Anjali madam's advice..
By comment and Personal message we can remind the questioner to edit his/her question with full info..

But

It will be better to implement these features into profile page..
.
Anjali madam, is it possible to display user id as:
XYZ(25,M,S)
Means Name XYZ, Age 25, male and single..
XYZ(25,F,M)
Means Name XYZ,Age 25,female and married..

Good one krish01, hope Anjali mam and AA team could put it in place, but instead of age lets insert date of birth and the each year the age will get increased accordingly

anjali, I feel what krish has requested for will be better instead of requesting every time to post the details to users and also to send private msg.

But in one of the earlier post u said there is no need of it currently. So u r the better person to take a call.

I agree with Krishes's proposal, but there is a small problem, how do we manage all these multiple ID people to be in track by this?  People who are here to create nuisense, wont stop.

And one more thing, when one post a question, a comment is posted or an answer, he/she gets a mail. If he is making the mastake, the mail is sent already, sending twice, does it help? What I have seen, less then 20% people came back and editted the question or followed the instruction. The rest 80% are clearly fun loving people who are on Hit and Run. They dont check there mails, or responds. For them sendig one mail or 20 mails, doesnot make a difference as they posted out of making a joke.

Can we develop an auto ruling, once the request to edit is not responded, the question will be removed in 4 days?
