i am confused with my masturbation frequency just i want to know for a boy like me of 22 yrs old has lot of sex thoughts sometimes even may be due to having many girlfriends in school and college level. i cant bear masturbating often so i want to know the frequency of masturbation for a healthy body and iam also a bodybuilder in gym for past 6 months.

Even though the question is closed i would like to comment..
Kisorkumar, even i am a body builder for 2 years.. I take protein powder and at times amino acid injections.. I never found my masturbation nor supplements affecting my body building.. I do it in the night.. So it did not make much of a difference.. Only thing s that dont over do it..
Infact masturbation releases a gush of testosterone into ur blood.. So it does help in bodybuilding in a way..:)
