I and my girlfriend both are virgin, I just wanna ask that how deep can we both involve in foreplay or love making so that it shoud not get her pregnant?

How close can we be being on safer side? what all acts can I perform?

If I may ask you, did anyone tell you the pregnancy depends on how far a dick goes? Like there is a cutoff line, before three inch, no pregnancy after 3" gets pregnant?  Pregnancy depends on if she is in danger period or not, if your sperm is rich enough or not and if you have cum inside her.
As you said both are virgin, my only suggestion is go very slow, do what you want, but you don't have to prove you are Casanova. Nor you have to make a all deep penetration, just go slow. If she feels discomfort, dont force. Before entering go for plenty of foreplay to make her relaxed and well lubed.
A better approach will be the first time leave a hype behind, go for plenty of forplay, suck and lick her enough and if she gives a blow job, be happy.  On the first encounter its better not to go for penetration, be comfortable with one another's genital area, that total oral sex and leave for the second encounter for vaginal penetration.

See dear..simple way to avoid pregnency is to avoid sperms to enter ur gf's vagina..but as u said u both are virgin and still wants to remain virgin there is no chance to get pregnent coz virginity breaks only if u do intercourse..in foreplay u can enjoy as much as u want..and it also plays important role in sex...u can suck her vagina..let her suck ur penis,lips to lips kissing,huging,fondlind,licking,pampering,etc can be dont without hesitation in foreplay..it also involves fingering ur gf's vagina..just to excite her..
