Will a women have regular menses even if she had undergone PPS surgery?

Dear friends,

Please tell me whether there will be usual menses (monthly) to a woman who had already underwent a PPS surgery to stop pregnancy.

Again a medical question, have faith on doctors. They spent years learning how to take care of people's health and what is the best for others, physically.
I really am curious to know what is a PPS surgery.
