Dear Anjali Aunty,

I am a 22 year old male (single). My question is a little different. Of late I have been downloading porn from many websites. Recently I started sharing them on other websites (forums). In this process, I have been earning some money from the file hosting websites. Now I am in a confusion if what I am doing is wrong? I mean ethically wrong? Or am I being smart?

1. as far as i know, when u download the movies there will be some agreement u have to accept.so read the agreement properly.i dont personally feel that you are allowed to share what u download from the net{movies}coz of copyright

2. well there is no issue of copyright here as the contents i download are free for anybody and can be used for any purpose. i dont know what my religion says about this.

3. I agree with Meenakshi, what you are doing is wrong. Its a violation of IPR Intellectual Property Right, or commonly known as Copyright Law.
   You may watch these as these website signed contract with porno houses to promote their materials on line. The Cyber Law doesnot allow you to download, you can watch porn but cant save in any form.
   There are number of Global laws and regulations on this copyright protection. You are not following that. Till you get caught, you are a smart guy. But if you are tracked through IP address, you may have a toughtime ahead.
   The sites pay you cause they are getting almost free, it proves you are smart, they are smarter. If they are hold for violation, they will expose your identity with IP. At 22 why spoil your life on such issue?

4. About the IP address, that cannot happen because mine is a dynamic IP. and again, about the Copyright, i am getting contents from torrents. the contents are not stuff like movies produced by some company or something. its the 'mms, scandals etc etc' that i am sharing.

5. If there is no copyright or probable legal issue, just go ahead and do what gives you money. Who gives a crap on ethical ground, make money is the game. Look at the hooker at street, or the boy selling drugs, would ethic feed their family? Its all about who is smart enough to find ways of make money.
   As you are downloading, means so no forcing or blackmailing, right?
   So go on and earn money and fuck ethics or morality, spread dirty MMS to every home every age and be proud that you are Bill Gates of the century.

6. I am finding it funny when some guys are talking about copyright here. This poor guy is most probabaly trying to ask about the moral issues  guess not about the copy right act and so on.
   I believe it is not morally okay wha you ave been doing because you are simply getting it from one corner for free and posting it somewhere for a little bit of money. You are not creating your own porn or doing it through hidden cams or exposing some innocent girls. It is okay. Dont worry about the copyright. No one cares and nothing is going to happen.
    
   My only suggestion would be do not make it your proffesion.

8. If u r on the right side of the law then I see no problem……I see porn as no crime as long as its made in a concensual manner …..dont worry do distribute what u enjoy …..
