I am in a very bad situation and I found your website on the internet. I live in Chandigarh with my sister for the last 2 years and I am student. My sister is studying and living in Chandigarh for 5 years. Last month a policeman caught her at night when she was with her classmate and he tortured her and threatened to file a case against.

He adjusted that he will come to our home in night to ask for a bribe or otherwise he will charge a case. We both live alone in sector 20 A in a room and we were afraid. So we called a local friend from Chandigarh in night because we were afraid. At night the policeman called my sister’s mobile and came home. He came with one another policeman and they started teasing us. He said if we don't have sex with him he will file a charge against us. I told him I am only 17 years old and I just came from Uttaranchal but they insisted and our other friend who was from Chandigarh too also cried a lot, but they made all of us cry a lot and had sex with all of us, even the girl from Chandigarh.

The policeman threatened me and my sister not to tell anyone and told our friend not to tell her family about the sex. We were very disturbed and didn't sleep in night after they left. In the morning, our friend left, but the problem started the next day. The policeman came in the day time. He gave me some medicines to eat. I denied but he said its essential for me because he didn't uses condoms and then he had sex with my sister and next day he came again with someone else and told me to have sex with him.

He now comes everyday from 28th January and all the time he is drunk and is with some other policeman. They threat us like animals and do what they want. He had sex with me 8 times and now does all the bad things. My life is getting hell and I don't know where I can complain. He is a policeman himself and I can not complaint to my parents.

He says he can charge a prostitution racket on both of us. He daily make videos of me in his camera when I am crying or when his friend is having sex with me. He covers all the things of sex in his phone and many time he makes video on taking me in bathroom and getting me a bath.

He tried to insert a rod in my urine hole and my ass hole until I cried a lot. He and his friend keep pushing and chewing my breast and they make them pain so much that I can't wear a bra in the day time. He sits on my breast and his friend beat my breast to make it red and small.

He showed me pictures and MMS of many other girls whom he and his friends exploit daily only because they live alone so far from their homes,

Please Miss Anjali, I am ready to die. I have no way. I can't live like this. I want to kill all policemen. They even can rape their own sisters and daughters. They are devils and not humans with no emotions or feelings for any other human. I want to kill him and then die.

Please tell me a way. He comes home daily and my sister cannot do anything but cry and get raped by him and his friends. I hide from my home and run but my sister can't because she is in their trap. They call her in the police station too some days ago. Me and my sister have to eat his medicine daily after he have sex with us. She told him to use condoms all the time but he only use his thing without a condom and also he want me to have his thing in my mouth and cut it or chew it until it turns small.

Please help. Where I can do anything? Where I can write so that there is no media or police to come to my home or parents.

3.  leave that place or i say leave chandigarh as soon as possible, unless or untill you have courage to fight  back. if you want to get out of this situation  you only have two  choice
   10 easy one-leave that place changem obile number etc
   2-is fight back file a police complain write letter to commisionae local MP Rastrapati, PM, chandigarh Judge  and any recognise good NGO . but for all this you need to be extremly couragious and strong atitude.

   I am not sure whether the post is true or not.. but the point is that policemen do such shitty stuffs to get the momentary pleasures that they think is all that exists in this world.. But I feel sorry for you.. had I been in your situation.. I would rather have traced some media chalnneles email id or contact details and would have them cover this story.. Try and search for some media channels contact on google.. You cannot go to the police coz they are THE criminals here.. so search and find out about any journalist or media house who is interested to cover up your story and have it aired on National television.. This must STOP at once.. you will have to treat them the way they treat you…

15. Hi, if this is not fake, then my friend you need urgent help. I suggest you contact any NGO in Chandigarh, file a complaint with the commissioner of police, do send copies of the same to the NGO and keep a media contact too.
    Go on with people you can trust.. don't just go on with the contact numbers and email address unless you know for sure. (no offence… i know everyone wants to help). But don't want this girl to end up in more trouble.

18. Your problem have several solutions… The question is what sort of sollution you would like.
    Firstly.. you can make a complain to police headquarters. In every country there might have a security cell which dept deals with the complain regarding police. You should describe the fact there. I think they will take care of your problem..
    Secondly you can change you raddress.. but it might not work as they already have your video tape.
    beside this i notify a point of your problem.. In your problem statement you focus more on the way of sax rather than the torcher. I dont know why but i hope you will over come your problem

    your story is very disturbing. But please be strong dear. come wat may, take a decision tat u will not be harassed by those policemen again. Even if ur sister was caught doing naugty things, its in no way justified for those guys to do this horrible things to you all. please remember in all the scandals wch became public, the people who were blackmailed were the ones punished by law. you have nothing to fear dear, law is with you. since policemen are involved it may be bit tricky, but surely its not hard as it sounds.

34. It doesnt take more then twice to read carefully, try to read between lines and use your logic to understand its a madeup situation. My findings are
    - we have good writers with talent on the line
    - people are not machine, they feel for others pain
    - humanity hasnt died, if there is a problem, people either show sympathy or tries to help
    - people still hates Police

    There are too many inconsistancy in the situations, I dont want to get in details. Read again using your logic, keep emotion aside, you will know.

    After World War II, when French Govt declared the women who were abused will be given with compensation, a lady came up saying she was severely raped. Answer to the question, she said on last week she was brutally raped by 57 Germans. The judge asked are you sure, she nodded, absolutely. The judge declared, if she can remember so vividly, it wasnt rape, she was enjoying the act.

    My request to question poster, please ask good question like this, but keep some area gray so that you are not caught. Two more things, does play with peoples sentiment, they will ignore a genuine issue as fake. And dont portray Law enforcement authority as the only villain engaged with rape, blackmail etc.

37. I'm very disappointed to read all above. its not just cruel n insane, its the ugliest one can think of.
    To what i see here you are left with three options:
    1:) Go back home.. You'll be safer there and time will heal you.
    2:) Change your residance at Chandigarh from sec. 20 to anything else.  and in case they accidently see you future in some other place like market, college etc, don't listen to them n start shouting when they say anything or touch you. crowd present there will take care of the rest. just tell the crowd that he was misbehaving.
    3:) i'll not prefer this as you need to tell your parents and they'll handle the rest. But as you said they're policemen, then you need strong evidence like camera pen, use it, tape it but while taping,, you must show your strong un-willingness so it becomes a FULL-RAPE, which according to definition is without your consent.Whatever you do, just keep in mind that don't be fooled by what they say, even if they have your video's, mms n all that, they simply can't prove anything like prostitution or so. and infact video taping is illegal. you just have to say that it wasn't with your consent n they threatened you for this. court will take care of the rest.
     
    One thing i didn't understood after reading this whole was, WHY you stayed there after the incidence repeated twice or more, you should've already changed your place/hostel/PG whatever..  WHY didn't you ??
    AND above all you're not adult yet !! thats already an offence even if its with your consent. you're just 17.  you got excellent grounds to bag them to jail. just raise a voice if you want to, all media, NGO's n all people will help you through the rest.
    You already had enough, no need to do what those policemen say.

    they only want you to make senti by fake story in pakistan or indian cities and then ask you money to lead a life. its a scam and not a real question

    just reply to this email whoever received this you will get an western union account number to send payment for their case and living so dont consider this. this is also in newspapers always not to trust these fake emails who spread and ask for money, and this is copy from such email from pakistani scammers

48. this is same letter as by some iraqi women when iraq america war was going … but they wrote about military people doing this with them in the war and asked money in the email……. this letter shows indian city and different characters but everything same and its totally fake foolish.. its india not iraq or pakistan where this hell can even be thought.

I think best solution to this situation will be call your parents. once they approve it speak to a lawyer and a social worker about the situation don't visit anyone alone makesure your family goes with you otherwise other assholes will try to take advantage of your situation too because we mens are dogs. if your case is left unheard try and bring the media in somehow while keeping your names and selves annyomous because you don't ppl pointing you after this

    If this story is real and it is really not fake then i suggest you few thing but prior to that i would mention few things that i dont know how it works in india but in my country solution is simple and i am sure that it would be the same in india. Now let me come to the point. If you dont do anything your life got spoil any way and if you commit suicide then some one other will suffer.  To stop it you have to take few bold steps. Go to Doctor and tell him that you where raped by a police man he will make it police case and treat your wounds (like as your said about rashes or what so ever they are). As you said he is not using condom. The DNA test would be in your favor and then in my country usually police kill him in  encounter it it is really a rape. Anyhow trust me even media will cover it then people will forget it in few months no one would even remember your face. You can take help from NGOs. 
    Doing rape is a sin and is a criminal Act but getting rape is a mishap. It is not your fault.
