Hello Anjali Aunty,

I am 21 years old dude. I have a younger sister, who is 19 years old. I don't know if she has a boyfriend or not but I saw her with a guy, many times after school. She is in the 12th standard, during the past months I noticed that in the evening she goes to park near our home, wearing top and a short skirt. I have asked her many times not to wear short skirts but she does not listen. Yesterday evening when she went to the park, I spyed on her and saw that she met with a boy in the park and then they both sat behind a tree. I was shocked to notice when she open her top and the boy began sucking her boobs and smooching her. After sometime I noticed jumping actions, like they were having sex, I noticed this for about an hour after which she came home.

Anjali Aunty, could you please tell me what I should do? I am really looking forward to your advice.

   1. Have a talk with her and ASCERTAIN that she is doing this willfully. IF NOT, you know what to do. Talk to her because you are worried, and DONT act as the OLDER BRO. Peer pressure is an idiotic gesture; completely needless. Remember… Productive communication has to be on mutually acceptable terms and NEVER through fear or peer pressure.
    
   2. If you are concerned, find out information about the guy from a third party to make sure she doesnt fall prey to a sex racket.
    
   3. Dont get too worried. She is doing what she wants to. DONT distance yourself away from her. Just let her be her self, and hope she doesnt do mistakes that are irreparable.

2. She is no longer minor and she is seemingly consenting. Let her lead her life.
   You can check 2/3 things.
   - whether she is doing this as a parttime income or it purely sex.
   - if she is blackmailed or willing
   - who the guy is, whether they have a future.

   Look sunshine, I dont have a sister, if I had and she was having sex in park, I wouldnot stand and enjoy the show for 1 hour. I would walk in, slap accross her face, kick on the guy’s face and back to home. I would talk about unsafe sex, police issue, whoring etc later on.
   If she is compelled to sex, an easy test is match the time and nake a evening out, a bro-sis night out on a drive, movie and fastfood hang out. If she declines, means either she is compelled or having sex for money. If she goes with you, consider its just sex she is enjoying as adult.
   If you love your sister, dont spy on her or dont let her lose. Be there as brother, not as guardian.

3. Solutions:
   First talk to her and find the motive. But this is not the age to go ahead. If anything goes wrong she will be trouble. Ask her to stop this activity by explaining the future issue in this kind of act which may be spread to public and her name will get spoiled.
   Second If she doesn't listen to you then inform your parent to take action to stop this non-sense.
   Third you can find the guy and threaten him too by informing his parent.

4. I am not going to comment whether you should allow your sister to have sex or not. But certainly public park is not the right place to have sex. You should immediately stop her from having sex in park. You should talk to her personally about the dangers of having sex in public places . To add merit to your point, make her read the post published recently in askanjali.com  where a  girl was used-up(or should i say raped) by two police men while she was caught  having sex in public park with her boyfriend.

Well…  This question look really strange for me.  I feel there is something missing.  How come a brother went on spying on his sister and he saw she is getting her breasts by her boy friend and having sex.  As of me when a brother see his sister with a boyfriend he will slap her and get her to home.  But dude you saw her removing top and getting sucked by her boyfriend and then you kept waiting for more than half hour until she finish??  I am not quite sure this is a real one or a story.  If it is a real one have an open talk with her.  Make her understand what are the issues she can face if she to it in public places such as parks.  Anyway it is not possible for her to stop having sex once she know the taste of it.  At least make sure she do it in safe places.

   How sad that you are not at all happy with your sisters acts, even though she is legally a major and has full legal rights to indulge in all this… willfully. What amazes the most is the fact that you kept on watching it for over AN HOUR..!!! and did not do anything right there and then to stop her from doing it, and now here you are asking all to help you out.
   Get your sister to talk to you and if she doesn't .. well then as a responsible elder bro, who does not know how to handle this situation, get your parents to handle the situation. They would be better at it than you.
   Hey, Have you tried to find out that the boy is indeed her boyfriend whom she loves, and who loves her also, or is he a customer of her's and that she is indulging in all this for an extra pocket money…???

STOP HER RIGHT NOW… Public parks are not the right place to enjoy the pubic parts… make your sis aware about this. strangers might take undue advantage of this and you all will land in trouble then. Make your sis aware about the dangers of having sex in public. Also notice it next time whether the guy is same as the old one or she is hooking up new ones frequently. AND MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL!!!.. please, from next time, DONT SIT AROUND AND BE AN AUDIENCE TO NOTICE WHAT ALL IS happening or she is doing, you seem to be matured enough to understand what all happens in sex, so next time around the moment you realise she gonna hook up, go upto her and stop her right there and then. BE BOLD and show it to her that you protect her and love her that you are bothered about her safety.!!
