Hi Anjali Aunty,

I and my girlfriend do sex around once in month. Last time, about one month back, when I fucked her and removed the condom than there were few drops of blood on it. We usually do sex in standing position. I also feel some problem to insert my penis in her vagina,because i have to apply a lot of force but thats just in standing position.

Yesterday, we were doing sex in standing position. When I ejaculated and took out my penis, drops of blood started to fall,and after that she became unconscious for a couple of minutes. After 15-20 minutes she came back to normal. Now, she is complaining about pain in joints. This pain occurred last time too. She is also not able to sit properly.
Is there any serious problem ? Her age is 23 and weight is 35 kg.

1. Consult with a doctor for checkup and to address the actual reason,because your girlfriend’s age is normal…..All the best.

2. Hello imtheking
   From your post, it would be really unwise to suggest you some definite cause for your problem.
   However, this is what i think-
    
   1. The bleeding could be due to a lack of lubrication. (i dont think it is that though)
   2. It could be her blood too if the condom is not being used correctly. (remember to use the correct size and NO air gaps allowed.)
    
   3. If its vaginal bleeding, then it could be related to menstrual cycle (delayed solitary bleeding instances are not rare)
    
   4. You might have (both) contracted  a veneral disease
    
   5. Penile examination can reveal signs of an infection. Look for excessive redness, discoloration, spots, warts, abrasions, oozing blood, discharges, or anything you think is abnormal.
    
   6. In any case, get  a VDRL test done (not very costly, 50INR at the most). If test positive get a penicillin dosage administered. ( go to Skin and VD specialist; stay away from quacks).
   7. Since you do it in standing position, the blood could be hers too getting on to your privates. 
    
   8. You say she got UNCONSCIOUS. This could probably because you both are in standing position and an orgasm can cause a momentary fall in blood pressure, leading to momentary unconsciousness, like dizzying, especially in the standing position.

   I forgot to point out!
   Did you say she weighs 35 KG!??
   Thats as good as being ill. A very low weight is a very dangerous thing for the body. 
    
   Low body weight exacerbates susceptibility to a host of infections; most importantly, to Tuberculosis.
   Genital 
   Genital TB could also be one of the causes for spotty vaginal bleeding, upon irritation (as happens in  an intercourse).
   VERY interested to know if you find my suggestions resourceful.
