Hello Anjali Aunty,
I am Charm, 20 year old boy and my girlfriend is 18 year old. I love her alot !! we are in a relation for last 3 years and had sex many times always with condoms!! but now we want to do it without condom.
So can You tell me that whether we are doing right ? and after the session what is the right time to take the pill (which will prevent her for being pregnant) ?
Thank you,

Dear Charm,
Rate this answer » Good / BadWell, as per my suggestion its not good to have contraceptive pills as they induce many side effects because contraceptive pills are hormonal tablets.
If you still want to use then she can use IPILL or UNWANTED 72 within 48 hours of intercourse. Condoms ar the best options.
Cheers.

Hi Charm,
I will never advise you to stop wearing condoms. Since you two are young and adventurous, condoms are the best protection you have against STDs. Oral contraceptive pills will only prevent pregnancy but won't offer any protection from STDs.
Coming to your question, please note that birth control pills are different from emergency contraceptive pills like i-pill & Unwanted 72. The latter are taken as an emergency measure AFTER having sex and is not meant for regular use. It will have serious side effects if consumed regularly. What you are looking for are birth control bills containing certain hormones like estrogen and progesterone.
They are to be taken by your girlfriend from the 5th day of her period, regardless of whether bleeding has stopped or not. All birth control pills come in packages of 21 or 28 pills. If the pack contains 21 pills, then she should take the pill each day, at roughly the same time, for 21 days. She should then stop taking the pill for 7 days (during which time she is most likely to menstruate) and then start again on the next pack of 21 pills.
If the pack contains 28 pills, the woman is expected to have a pill for 28 days, and then without missing a day, start with the next pack (regardless of her periods).
Always get the pill prescribed from a doctor before telling your girlfriend to have them.
I hope that answered your question.
-Anjali
