Hi Anjali Aunty,

I am a 36 year old healthy man married for the last 7 years with a 6 year old daughter. We want a second child. However the problem in front of us is that I have lost my sexual desire in the last 2 or 3 months. I am not being able to get an erection. Currently I am using cildenafil citrate (25 mg) tab to retain erection. But I want to do it without any medication.

Please help me out.

1. Erectile dysfunction this is called and is one of the commonest problems in adult men. You will need to spice up ur sex life, try to liveout your sexual fantasies, increase foreplay etc.

2. 1) hire someone to do your part

   2) change yr sex partner

   3) get fit ,a fit body dsnt need any medications

   4) cover yr wifes face with her petticoat and imagine its someone you r in lust with and you r raping th person.

3. Hi,
   I am giving a lengthy answer for this question here. There are so many factors for this erection problem in men. I tried to address majority of the factors. Hope that this will address many of the people who are suffering with this problem and already so many questions are raised on this problem.

   This is called Erectile Dysfunction.

   Coming to this problem, this is the problem of many people and some even doesnt know what to do.

   In some people it may be a temporary one. It is basically due to some work pressure. People who are under constant stress has every possibility of getting this problem. When someone is working in time constraints like professional pressures like nearing the project completion dates in software etc, this problem may appear temporarily.
   Once they come out of this time frame, the problem automatically sets and you can have normal erection.

   For this you need
   1)Regular Exercise
   2) Yoga, Meditation
   3) Positive Mind Set.

   Another problem is the inter personal relations. when you have a fight with your wife, you may not feel like having sex with her. At these times, you have to workout on the relationship and set it right with a positive attitude. Once you can solve the problem you can have normal erection.

   In some cases, the wife may not be doing the things which you like in sex. Slowly you will be losing interest in sex and it may finally end up with erection problem. In these cases, you both should sit together and chalk out the problems and both of you should find a via media path. She may not be able to do exactly what you want, but after understanding your problem she will slowly come out of her regular routine and will definitely help you to chalk out this problem. Her encouragement in sex will solve the problem to a large extent.

   Sometimes when you fail to satisfy her in sex she may say something in anger. And if you go for the sex with this fear, you may fail to get erection. So in these situations you have to participate in sex with a positive mind set and think and imagine that you are goind to have an excellent sex session ahead.

   Sometimes it may happen due to some physical problems like getting into some accidents. For this you need to consult the doctor and take his advise.

   Participating in sex in a routine, monotonous way may lead to this problem. So think of some change in your sexual encounters. Do some prolonged foreplay. Try to do something different in sex than your routine. This will definitely solves your problem.

   In all the cases your mind set is the most important factor. You should start your sexual session with a very positive mind set, imagining that you are going to have a very good session and you are going to play a vital role in it.
   And imagine as if you are satisfying your partner and she is very happy with your sex.

   The medication will solve your problem temporarily. It is not a permanent solution to this problem. You think of

   Eat Nutritious food.
   Regular Exercise.
   Yoga
   Regular Meditation
   A Positive mind set.
