Hi Anjali Aunty,
I am a 34 years old married man. I live in Mexico. By eating junk food & frozen food, I have got my belly into a huge size which is now causing inconvenience in everything. Can you please tell me how to get rid of the belly fat and get a flat stomach without exercise? I am tired to do exercise & and have no time as well.

There is absolutely no way to lose fat other than to exercise. The advertised pills online are supplements. You have to exercise. Lots of cardio (least an 1 hour per day). Take up swimming; burns a lot of fat.

If you want to spend money, go for liposuction.
