When I pull back my foreskin and touch on glans I feel pain. Is it normal? Or do I need to consult a doctor? Please give me the answer as soon as possible. Thank you very much.

Pain in the glans is not normal, unless you are wearing jeans without underware and let your dingdong rub on the jeans.
