If the sex-worker has HIV, it can pass through several body fluids, One such is breast milk. Others being, blood and bodily fluids, thats the reason why HIV +ve mothers arent supposed to breast feed their children.

Yes. It is possible. If the prostitute is having HIV it can transmit to you through several ways. Breast milk is one of them only. Any body fluid which comes in direct contact with your body and can reach your blood stream can lead to HIV if the person is having AIDS with whom you are having sex.
