Hi Aunty Aunty,
How are you? I am a great fan of yours. I like you a lot for helping people’s queries.
I am Sathish from Tamilnadu. My age is 21. I underwent appendices operation 10 years back. At the age of 16 or 17 , I used to get erection even if I saw a bellybutton of a woman’s photo.
After at about 18, I started smoking, drinking, chewing tobacco and even watched porn films daily. Now I am severely suffering from erection problem. I am always obsessing about sex and reading sex articles daily, but I can’t get erection like before and I am worried about my future life.
Please help me aunty.

For losing erection, you can consult a doctor first. From a simpler view I can tell you, drinking doesnot have an effect, reading, thinking doesnot have much effect. But smoking and excessive masturbation has a real bad effect on your prowess.
If you are a smoker, quit smoking if you want to have a good sex life. Smoking causes number of problems, one of those are creating obstruction on blood circulation. And having an errection means the blood coming to your limp penis, fill in the small bulbs to make a hardon. If blood circulation gets affected, the bulbs might not get all the blood required.
Quit smoking and enjoy sex. Or quit sex and enjoy smoking.
