Hi to All,

This is Manoj. I am a very old user of this Blog and quite regular too. This time I have a question. I am getting married with my loving girlfriend this week and we have had physical relationship before marriage too.

We always use condom during our sessions. But now she doesn't want to use condom and wants to feel my semen in her vagina in simple and straight words but we don't want her to be pregnant yet.

So for newly weds what is the best way to avoid pregnancy other than Condom.

Please suggest.

Hi Manoj4u,

Let me tell you the hard truth first :  the only 100% guaranteed way to prevent pregnancy is to abstain from sex; all other options significantly decrease your risk of pregnancy, but they are not guaranteed to prevent it.

Here by I am listing 5 ways to avoid pregnancy without using a condom, which according to my experience are safest.

1) Enjoy extended foreplay instead of climaxing.
If you really want to experience the warmth and love, then give foreplay a chance. You and your partner can come close, explore each other’s body and yet not go all the way. This way you know how it feels close, naked and together without the fear of inviting unwanted pregnancy.

2) Opt for copper T
This is a device that can help you enjoy leisurely sex without worrying about conceiving. A copper T is an implanted by a doctor and can be removed when the couple wishes to start a family. This method is known to be used extensively by women who do not want to have kids.

3) Avoid making love during periods.
It might just prove to be disastrous to make out during menstruation. Many feel that having sex during periods is safest, but this is not the case. Avoid having unprotected sex during menstrual cycle if you want to be safe.

4) Ask for Depo-Provera injections.
This is an injection that is administered by your doctor once every three months. The advantage of this method is that you do not have to take pills as long as you get the injection shots once every three months.

5) Pull and Pray.
This method is usually known as the withdrawal method, wherein a couple needs to be very careful to avoid unwanted pregnancy. In this method, the man has to remove his penis just before ejaculation. This is to ensure that the sperm does not reach the vagina. That is why it is referred as a pull and pray method where you can only hope that the intercourse has not led to pregnancy. Some sperms might leak and enter the vagina and there are chances that the woman might end up conceiving.

So, the risks are still involved but the chances of getting pregnant gets reduced.

Hope I helped.

Happy Pro-tec-ting

She needs opt for a regular birth control pill and for that ask her to see the gynecologist for the prescription. She can set the copper T to avoid the pregnancy but which method would suit her best only gynecologist can tell her.

Some married couples do not prefer use of Condom. It decreases sexual pleasure and moreover skin to skin contact of penis and vagina is not possible.Withdrawal sex,sex on safe days of the month, use of contraceptive pills may be safe.Do more sex on safe days.On unsafe days use of dildo, mouth and fingers may satisfy your partner. Some people do oral sex and prolonged foreplay.

We were  having  sex without condom everyday 3 to 4 times as it gives immense pleasure. We had great sex life for four years. We do not  want to have children for 3 to 4 years. We went to a gynecologist and asked her to advise the best contraceptive measures.

Contraceptives are used depending on the person, so take the advice of your doctor. Here are some of the safely used methods of contraceptions: We opted for IUD, which was a great success and we had lots of pleasure having sex. We just got the IUD removed in Jan 2018 after 4 years of marriage. Now my wife is pregnant and its right age for her, as she is now 23 and I am 31.

What are IUD’s (intra uterine devices):

An IUD is a small, T-shaped device that is inserted into the uterus to prevent pregnancy. A health care provider inserts the device. An IUD can remain and function effectively for many years at a time (3 or 5 yrs). After the recommended length of time, or when the woman no longer needs or desires contraception, a health care provider removes or replaces the device.

You can continue to enjoy sex as much as you can without any worry. Sex plays important part in marriage and makes it most pleasurable .

We had posted an Article on your Subject in question. It will give you a clear picture of the many choices you have.

When a Couple is not yet married, condom is mostly used to avoid fear of pregnancy. But when you are married, most times the woman wants the penis in her vagina without condom, so that she can get the throbbing feeling. The problem is that there is then always fear of an un-wanted pregnancy.

Calculations like safe days are not reliable and methods like pull our before ejaculation involves plain luck and loss of pleasure.

One User has suggested use of IUD. I think that is the best as it gives you freedom to have sex without any tension and you both can decide when you want to have the baby.

But remember that once you decide to have a baby, it all depends on Luck. She may conceive the very next day (after the IUD is removed) or it may take a year.
