I gained a lot of weight in my pregnancy. After delivery, I was able to get rid of the weight I had gained during pregnancy, but I got red and white stripes on my belly.

When will these fade away? Is there any way to get rid of these marks quickly?

Please ladies answer me...

Marks on your stomach would not stay permanently but it would not go away quickly so you have to give time there. If you want to make that process fast then you can see a doctor too to get a proper instruction about how to get rid those marks on your belly. Apart from this you can do a few things like massage with oil, use special cream, exercise to improve skin and keep your skin moisturized.

It is not possible to get rid of stretch marks completely as they only get lighter with time.
Massaging creams, lotions, and oils cannot make the marks disappear but only turn your skin smooth and supple. How long back did you deliver? It takes 4-6 months for the stretch marks to become lighter.

There are many oils that you can use. Massaging the affected areas with oils make your skin smooth and help reduce the stretch marks.

Some of the popularly used oils include: Olive Oil, Castor oil, Coconut, Almond Oil. Vitamin E, Aloe Vera, Honey, Egg whites, Shea or Cocoa Butter can also be used.
Exercise also can help. Try doing exercises that work on the muscles of the areas with stretch marks. They tone the skin and help regenerate the tissues. It tightens the loosened skin and helps diminish the stretch marks.

Doctors suggest that natural remedies are far better than medical treatments, especially if you are breastfeeding. But if you are too tired of the pregnancy stretch marks to try home remedies, here are the treatment options. However, some of them could pose serious complications.

Chemical Peels uses chemical solution like trichloroacetic, glycolic, lactic, salicylic or carbolic acids, which when applied on the stretch marks result in blister formation. The blistered skin is later peeled off for the formation of a new skin layer. But there are risks. Talk to your doctor.

Another way is Laser Therapy. It results in permanent stretch marks removal. But it is very costly.
