I am uncircumcised and my glans doesn't come out when I have an erection.

I'm 23 years old and it has been 6 months since I started having sex. It's nice and good but my foreskin doesn't go back. The bulb shape is formed with the erection and foreskin to the front like bottom of the funnel. This makes me cum faster.

I have seen many vidoes where the glans is outside, but I tried pushing the glans but it was futile. If the glans is out, will I get more pleasure? Can I hold it for longer? Will this cause any trouble in the long run?

Do I need a cicumcision? Will this hamper me making a girl pregnant? Am I prone to STDs?

(Just for information: What will happen if I take Viagra? I usually get 3-4 erections in 12 hours {evening to morning} and lasts for 5-10 minutes).

If you can have sex without any pain and trouble then you do not need to do anything. Even if the glance comes out it does not mean that you can be able to have sex for the longer time. I would say in that case you would come faster than this because the tip of the penis is sensitive and it will make you come fast so better not to do anything. However, if there is pain then you need to go for circumcised.

Yes, I tried entering without condom, it used to hurt on the tip. Like it's being cut. I had to apply lube and it would be better.

As long as I use condom it's fine.

I guess tip is very sensitive. Any cure?
