I have a Latex allergy problem so not happy using Condoms. How to manage?

I got married 3 months ago. Before marriage we had sex 11-12 times using latex condoms. After marriage I am facing 2 types of problems.

During first week of my marriage, I was not using any protection as she was taking ral pill to delay her periods. After 10 days, I started using condoms. After having sex, I feel an itching in my penis foreskin and penis head. After some days my penis head got filled with red rashes. I visited doctor. In prescription he wrote latex allergy and gave medicine.

I asked him if I should stop using condoms. He replied that there was no need for that. My red rashes got cured. But again when I used condom I got itching problem.

And the worse part is that 3 out of 5 times, when I used the condom, it tore. I used different brands, and surfed the net to solve the problem, but still the problem persists.

She is on oral pill since last 3 month. I dont want to consume her oral pill. I am not planning a child now.

So how can I overcome these 2 problems - of torn contoms and latex allergy?

1. Which other contraceptive method should my wife try in such situation? (I heard Copper T is good only after having 1 child, same adviced by others also, so she dont want to use Copper T. )

2. I have heard about non latex condom, ordered in medicine shop to try it. But if the condom tear problem persist what should I do? Why is it happening?

3. If condom tear happens even only 1-2% every month, still she can get pregnant. So what should she do in that situation?

P.S. - At any cost I dont want to let my wife consume oral pill. Please help and give advice.

There are many condoms without latex available so you can try those condoms.  I would say use lube over condom so condom would not get torn and most important make sure that you use condom in a right way as per the description written on the packet of the condom. She can see her gynecologist for other suitable contraceptive methods as there are many methods available which include regular pill. Her doctor can suggest her best suitable method so I would say rely on that option only.

Stop using condoms,if such problem persists. You may adopt other family planning measures.Keep a record of her menstruation cycle.Find out safe and unsafe days.Do sex with out condom on safe days.Use contraceptive pills for her.You may discontinue this after few months.Continuos use of pills show certain side effects. You may also use contraceptive pessaries....which are moistened with water and inserted inside vagina prior to intercourse, produce enormous foam.Stroking of penis in vagina becomes easier.

use contraceptive pills only when condom tears or you ejaculate directly in her vagina.
