Woman flashes bare bum as she checks into flight WITHOUT her trousers
FORGETTING something? This cheeky photo of a bare-bottomed blonde at a Virgin America desk has gone viral on Reddit.
CHEEKY: Woman checks in to airport wearing pretty much nothing on her bottom half
A blonde woman caused alarm when she checked into an airport wearing just her underwear.
The passenger was snapped leaning on the Virgin America check-in desk in a long-sleeved cream top and barely anything her bottom half.
Bringing a whole new meaning to travelling light, the bronzed babe shocked those queuing behind her as she exposed her bare bum to the airport crowds.
SHOCK: The passenger alarmed people queuing behind her
The picture was uploaded to Reddit by user Deftones1 with the caption "Meanwhile at the airport".
And the baffling shot has since gone viral racking up more than 90,000 views in less than 24 hours.
Perhaps the strangest thing is that the woman seems oblivious to her exposing outfit, while the woman behind the desk makes a call.
One Reddit user questioned whether the heat was to blame for her lack of clothes, saying: "Is the A/C out or something? The passenger doesn't have pants and the ticketing agent has multiple fans blowing on her."
“As an airline we're a bit cheeky ourselves”
While another made a cheeky reference to the airline name by simply saying "Virgin you say?"
A Virgin America spokesperson told MailOnline Travel: "We're the only airline based in California - and we're known for doing things differently as an airline and for being a bit cheeky ourselves, so we welcome all travellers.
"With custom-designed, mood-lit cabins and touch-screen entertainment and WiFi at every seat on every flight, we encourage our guests to kick back and relax when they fly us – our guest clearly took that message to heart."
Maggie McMuffin was turned away from her flight in Boston because her outfit was deemed improper.
The burlesque dancer, from Seattle, was dressed in a tiger jumper and black and white stripped hotpants with matching thigh-high socks.
But she was barred from boarding the JetBlue aircraft because an air hostesses thought her shorts were "too short".
Maggie was forced to buy a pair of women’s sleep shorts in XL in order to cover enough flesh to be allowed onboard.
A spokesperson for JetBlue said: "The gate and onboard crew discussed the customer’s clothing and determined that the burlesque shorts may offend other families on the flight.
"While the customer was not denied boarding, the crewmembers politely asked if she could change. The customer agreed and continued on the flight without interruption.
"We support our crewmembers’ discretion to make these difficult decisions, and we decided to reimburse the customer for the cost of the new shorts and offered a credit for future flight as a good will gesture."
