Why do I become very shy at time of sex?

1.2K views

I got many opportunities of having sex with beautiful women and girls. I am 21 years old. I am normal in appearance and 5.3 ft in height.

At the time we are about to have sex, I start feeling shy and ashamed of myself. I cannot even undress my partner.

Help me. What should I do to get my confidence? Since childhood, I have always respected women and have never looked at them with lust.

Please guide me.

The first thing you should keep in your mind is that you have a right to have sex and women are suppose to give you sex. You are not doing anything wrong morally or ethically so remove these thoughts from your mind. You should be confidence to have sex with her and each session with woman would give you confidence so break the barrier and have sex with her.

You can have sex with her in dark light so you would not feel shy about showing your body to her and once you become comfortable with your body you can have sex with her with light on. It is normal to feel shy as you are a virgin but do not allow your shyness to hold you from having sex with the woman.

Dear Andes001

It is not that simple as you expressed that because of shyness you missed opportunities to have sex with girls and women. Shyness is protective cell with intuitiveness. Anyway, nothing ventured, nothing gained. Leave out your shyness and take bold steps.
